I have started about three months on your exercise routine. First i did the 20 minute one and know I am up to the different session that you have out there. I have also included the 15 minutes neck stretch about 3 times a week. I feel so much stronger and have lost 10 lbs. You two are a blast and I really really like your session. Changed my life. Not as difficult to do as one would think. I have seen lots of improvements since making the simple changes recommend. This really unlocked a lot of the mysteries around food for me. It's not magic. Just science.

Makes planning a diet not so daunting

Dieting in the age of information overload seems very intimidating, but this book breaks things down to be easily understood. I can't wait to follow along and use this together with the workout videos for a healthier and fitter me :)
