Shipping Policy

WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. The delivery date that appears is when UPS receives the order from us. That could take 3-10 business days. YOU WILL NEVER PAY OVERNIGHT SHIPPING BECAUSE WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Only physical addresses are accepted.  Please allow for delays caused by weather or holidays.  All orders will be shipped via UPS when possible.

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE. IF YOU ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS, IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY US BEFORE WE SHIP YOUR ORDER. If you do not notify us via email and your order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Free shipping is excluded with any wholesale order. If you place a wholesale order, shipping cost will need to be paid by you before shipping occurs.

Your shipment should arrive in approximately 3 - 10 business days after UPS receives the package from us and if all fragrances are in stock. WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.

If your shipping and billing address information do not match what your Credit Card company has on file, additional time may be required to verify your address and it's at your expense. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

Some items, such as skin care products, may take additional time to be delivered.

Whenever possible, we attempt to ship all items in an order in one shipment. However, some times that is not possible and some orders with multiple items may ship in multiple packages.

Orders over $100 will be shipped free (excluding candles due to weight). 

 Wholesale orders, please call 901-365-2444 between 10:00 AM till 2:00 PM to calculate shipping rates.  Wholesale orders have to be called in.
